Gutters, soffit & fascia

Gutters, soffit & fascia installation in Utah

The roofline system that moves Utah snowmelt away from your foundation, keeps your attic breathing, and finishes the job a good roof starts.

Gutters

Seamless gutters sized for snowmelt

Utah gutters don’t just handle rain — they handle weeks of freeze-and-melt cycles dumping water off the roof a little at a time. We run seamless gutters custom-formed on site, sized with downspouts placed to move that water away from foundations, walks, and window wells.

Undersized or sagging gutters also feed ice dams: water that can’t drain freezes at the eave and backs up under the shingles. New gutters are often part of the ice-dam fix, not just a cosmetic upgrade.

Soffit & fascia

The roofline’s working parts

Soffit is the underside of the roof overhang — it shields rafter ends from weather and, when vented, feeds the intake air your attic ventilation needs. Fascia is the vertical trim board along the roof edge that carries your gutters and finishes the roofline.

When either one rots or fails, water and pests get into the eaves and gutters start pulling loose. Whether it’s new material or repairs to what’s there, we get it done quickly, cleanly, and matched to the house.

Warning signs

Time to look at the roofline?

  • Gutters overflowing, sagging, or pulling away from the fascia
  • Icicles and ice buildup at the eaves every winter
  • Water pooling at the foundation or in window wells
  • Peeling paint, soft spots, or rot on the fascia board
  • Sagging or stained soffit panels, or pests in the eaves
  • A stuffy attic — blocked soffit vents choke ventilation
